Megan Kumpe, a Fayetteville native and mom of 2, has been a pediatric nurse practitioner for 12 years with 16 years of combined nursing experience.  Megan is passionate about providing holistic care to the children of Northwest Arkansas in both preventive and acute medicine.  Outside of the office, Megan actively fights against human trafficking here in NWA. As both a volunteer educator with Hub of HOPE NWA and guest lecturer, Megan dedicates much time to educating healthcare students and professionals.  Training includes identifying and addressing human trafficking in various collegiate and healthcare settings.  In practice, Megan aims to educate patients on the importance of safety through body and situational awareness, and health boundaries.  Megan is excited to be a part of the Ozark Pediatrics team and looks forward to serving your family.

Staci grew up in Fayetteville and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She received her Master’s in Nursing from Vanderbilt University and certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2005. She has served families as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in NWA since 2005. She has done medical mission work in Mexico and Ethiopia. She did a Fellowship in Pediatric Mental Health through Ohio State University in 2019. She is a guest lecturer for John Brown University and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, and frequently enjoys precepting Nurse Practitioner students. She enjoys supporting families during the challenges of parenting, and loves to play a part in helping children get and stay well! She wants to help kids enjoy coming to the doctor, and wants to make parents feel comfortable enough to bring up any concern.

 

Staci lives in Fayetteville with her husband and teenage daughter and son. She enjoys running with friends, swimming, painting (by number!), and playing with her little dog, Reggie. She is passionate about nutrition (her kids have written a song about how much she loves vegetables), mental health, spirituality and getting good sleep at night.
